The Full Range Golf Swing
A correct and effective golf swing requires strength, flexibility, coordination and balance throughout the body. We want the swing to go thru full range of motion and flow with ease. When there are alignment issues the golf swing tends to suffer and the player has to adjust his/her swing according to the restrictions these alignment issues present. The golf instructor evaluates a golfer’s swing and teaches the student within his/her physical ability.
